How to complete Yooldo: Random Pirate Defense from Linea Park

Welcome to the detailed step by step tutorial for the game Random Pirate Defense from the Linea Park Week 4 – Experience The East quest chain where we hunt for the Linea crypto airdrop.

In short, the main task is completed in a couple of clicks, but to complete the bonus task, be patient. But I will try to simplify this process for you as much as possible, just follow the steps as I describe below.

For completing all quests, we will receive 40 LXP.

Prerequisites: To complete bonus quest, you need Android device or PC with Windows to install Android emulator.

Core Task: Get Wallpaper A NFT [20 LXP]

You can use following tutorial provided by team

1) Go on this website and click “Login” > “Login with Wallet” > “Linea Mainnet” > “Metamask” and sign to website. (This way for users who done the task from Yooldo from Linea Park – Week 2 otherwise you need register on website) or login with email if previous way not working for you.

2) Install this game from Google Play on your android device. If you don’t have an android device, try one of these emulators: BlueStacks or Noxplayer

3) Next you need finish in-game tutorial and copy your UID from here in “Options” and click “Copy” button below of game setting.

4) Now return back to this page and click “Join On-Chain Action Event” orange button on the page and enter your copied UID in the field and click “Check”

5) After checking you will see “Mint NFT” button . Click it and Confirm transaction in your wallet. (Cost: ~$1.50)

6) Go here and click “Verify” for core task.

Bonus Task: Get a Wallpaper B NFT [20 LXP]

1) To complete this task, you need continue play the game. To make it easier follow Linea labels in the game to do needed action. In this case you need play and clear 20 waves in any stage.

2) Click “Start” button to start battle

3) If you succeeded in surviving 20 waves, at the end of the battle, click the yellow “Copy” button at the bottom to copy Game ID. If you fail, play until you succeed.

4) I was able to complete 20 waves in the 3rd attempt, and I had to figure out the mechanics of the game. And now I will describe how to complete these levels as quickly as possible.

My game mechanic for faster passage of 20 waves:

1. First of all click on the “Quest” icon and collect all completed quests. And do it after every failed attempt to collect gold.

2. Upgrade your ship to all available crystals/gems (In my case it opened 2 slots for starting mercenaries)

And click “Unlock 1 Slot” twice. Or if you have 240 Gems, click “Unlock All slots”

3) Next click on “Mercenary” icon yo upgrade it

4. Depending on how many slots you managed to open on the ship, the number of mercenaries you can get is the same. To level up a mercenary for all your gold, click on him and click the “Level Up” button. I recommend raising the level of all necessary mercenaries (2 in my case. As you can see I have only 2 empty slots) proportionally. Upgrade mercenaries with spears, they have a long range of impact.

5. After you have raised their level, click on the “Place” button to place mercenary on the ship. You will see it in place of an empty slot. Fill all empty slots.

6. Now go to the start window and click the “Start” button. But before we start, watch the suggested advertisement, this watch will give us 5000 bonus gold while passing the waves.

7. So the game begins. At the very beginning of the game, click on the Crew icon and add new crew members by clicking. As you can see, they are rare. The first thing you have to do is fill the ship with the crew completely.

8. After that, you need to click on the “Upgrade” button. There are 3 types of crew members there. Click to upgrade each of them one by one, after clicking the number of corresponding mercenaries will be displayed during the upgrade. I recommend upgrading 2 types first, the ones with the most mercenaries. They will be the driving force of your ship. And upgrade them to at least level 5-10 in the beginning. I’ve upgraded first two types, because first have best damage and second have long range of attack.

9. Next in line, if you have a lot of gray tier members, your task is to click on one of them and click “Sell” in the left corner. And then click on the button to add a new mercenary. And so on until the entire team is at least a green tier.

10. You can also improve your mercenary’s rank by clicking on the “Rank Up” button. Upgrade coins are given for kills. I recommend using them only for green and blue tiers. Because they have the highest chance of upgrading.

11. And finally, to destroy enemies and bosses faster. Hold your finger on the screen and you will see the reticle. First of all, it will give you the opportunity to shoot at enemies from the ship’s cannon, and secondly, you will be able to adjust the fire. This will allow you to kill bosses for which special prizes are given. I recommend taking from the rewards, improving the hit crit and increasing its chance.

5) After receiving Game ID go here and click on “Join Bonus Action Event” button. And enter your Game ID and click “Submit” and after checking click “Mint NFT” (Cost: ~$1.49)

6) And finally go here and click “Verify”
